Once in a while we come across people whose actions/philosophy makes us rethink our values and ways of life.
I came across this video of a retired surgeon, Dr. Keith Swanson in Iowa who now treats his patients for no particular charge. Patients pay whatever they can and if they choose, they need not pay anything. Isn't it a totally refreshing approach?
There may be many questions about quality health care, types of services etc. For a minute, lets forget all that. Given the costs of health care in America, this approach is so fresh and all inclusive.
