I have identified the following desire [not in any order] that drive my day to day activities
+ I desire for knowledge. It includes many areas: Computer Science, Music, Economics, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Stock Markets.
+ Due to my carelessness, I got myself in to a minor financial mess. But the current economic crisis added to the woes and is making it look scary than usual. I want to inculcate financial discipline.
+ I want to see myself physically fit. So, I desire to keep up with my exercises. I have taken up biking as I am not being regular with running. Hopefully, between the two of them, I can maintain a good physical health.
+ In one Ashtavakra Gita tape, Guruji, referring to Janaka, says 'it is very rare for a Guru to get a disciple like Janaka'. I desire to be that disciple of Guruji. I desire to do be in that state of being that gives immense joy to Guruji.
+ I want to help people who are in need. I want to be there for anyone who needs help and to whom I can extend it. I noticed that this is a very fulfilling for me. After taking up The Art of Living Foundation's courses, I decided to volunteer for them. And its a very satisfying experience for me.
